Who we are and where we came from

Strong Legacy Security Services Sdn. Bhd. (SLSSSB) is an associated company of the See Hoy Chan Sdn Berhad Group (The Group) and also a fully licensed security provider under the private Agency Act 1971 by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The group is known as an established property developer since the 1960's and is recognised in most aspects of property management over the past three decades. More than 15 years ago, The Group formed the 'Security and Safety Division' (The Division) to provide "in-house" security service to office buildings, shop-houses and residential properties of The Group.

SLSSSB has grown from strength to strength and is continually expanding its services along with the rapid growth of our country.

With the extensive knowledge acquires over the years, SLSSSB was incorporated in 2001, providing guarding services and security solutions to external customers. To this end, SLSSSB has grown from strength to strength and is continually expanding its services along with the rapid growth of our country. We excel by upholding our commitment in continuous enhancement to necessitate the most comprehensive security coverage in this modern society. In line with this SHC Security Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a subsidiary of SLSSSB to provide security system consultancy, design, installation and commissioning. Beside this, SHC Security Solutions Sdn Bhd also provides alarm mornitoring services - Central Monitoring System (CMS) as value-add to our customers.

Being a spin-off company of The Group our customers will not only enjoy the best in security services but will also benefit from the added advantage of being able to tap our expertise in other areas of property management such as facilities management and car park operations.
